To get original drawing by good cartoon artist is a big deal. You buy genuine art work, so this cartoon or comics page needs to be treated properly. Many cartoon artists sell original pages or single cartoons for a purpose of being framed and hanged on the wall. Many Art Galleries do the same. So there are two options: buying Original Drawing thru Gallery or directly from the cartoon artist.
Original Drawings - How-to get them
You have to visit some Comics Cons or Cartoon Art Festival, ie. places where comics, cartoons are shown and sold. Original Drawings are expensive, but if you are a cartoon art lover you should consider this as a good option. Buying directly from the artist is twice cheaper than doing this in the Gallery and safer, you can be sure that cartoon you buy is original. If cartoon is not signed, ask the author to do so. Another option is finding local cartoon artist and order something. This way you can start own cartoon collection that in the future might be woth the fortune, you never know.
How-to frame your Original Drawing
You can take your original drawing to a store specialized in framing and let them do it for you. Or you can do it yourself, it is not too difficult. Firstival you need get dimensions of paper sheet where the cartoon is placed on. Then you can buy a photoframe that matches the size of paper. Then frame it. There is another option, you can buy your photoframe that is bigger than your Original Drawing. In order to frame a picture in the bigger photoframe you need to buy a passe-partout (ie. a mounting for a picture using gummed tape) as well. Then you place a cartoon within passe-partout, glue it or tape it and then a whole set is to be placed within a photoframe.
